What to Expect

On Booking a Class

When you book any class I will send you the class information, 'Bring List' and request for payment. Payment is by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

For online classes, Bring Lists and information are emailed on booking and pdf's of the class instructions are emailed the day before class, for you to print out at home. Hard copies can be posted out at extra cost.

Invitations, to the Zoom session are usually emailed to students the day before class.
In a Zoom class I use a range of visualisers to demonstrate techniques and show you samples.

A good internet connection is essential!                                                                      

For in-person classes, Bring Lists, directions to my studio etc. are issued on booking. Printed instructions are provided in class. 

Some basics such as needles, thread, wadding and calico are available to purchase in my studio, you should bring all other requirements with you.

Please arrive in good time to be set up and ready before the class begins. Tea, coffee and sweet treats are freely available for you to help yourselves, but the only scheduled break will be a half hour for lunch - please see individual classes for more information.

Classes 2023

Tracy's Row by Row Block of the Month Programme 2023

Back by popular demand, this Row by Row Block of the Month will run from from February to November 2023.

This programme is a fantastic way to brush up on your quilt making skills as it covers a multitude of techniques including Foundation Paper Piecing, working with bias bars, English Paper Piecing, making perfect Flying Geese to your own sizing requirements, using positioning pins for accuracy and more! You will finish with a file bulging with patterns, instructions and templates, a ton of useful tips on how to get the best from your quilting.....and a beautiful quilt top to boot!

Structure:  At the beginning of each month the Patterns and Instructions for that month's Row will hit your Inbox. There will also be a monthly Live Chat.

Pattern and Video Instruction: Each month you will receive notes, pattern, templates and intructions for a block to form a for plus a variation.  You will also receive a link to a video, which will take you through the process of making each block.

Live Chat: From March, also at the beginning of the month, we will have a monthly scheduled Zoom meeting for an hour or so for a Show and Tell of your beautiful work, to talk through any issues and look at the next Month's Blocks.

Cost:  All this for only €14.50/month when paying monthly or €115 for the whole nine months when paying up front.  Payment is by Bank Transfer, Cheque or cash, if you live close enough!

Start Date: Monday 6th February 2023.  Late starters welcome!
